Information you give us. Your name, email address, mobile number, shipping and billing address, order details, and anything you send us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp, including the photographs and unboxing videos you send with a damage claim. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email address.

Information collected automatically. When you browse, our website and Shopify record technical information such as your device and browser, your IP address, the pages you view and how you arrived, using cookies and similar technologies.

Information from others. Our payment providers tell us whether a payment succeeded, and our delivery partners send us updates about your parcel.
