This website is operated by Rang o Naqsh (“we”, “us”, “our”), DHA Phase 2, Islamabad, Pakistan. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Details. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and to give accurate and up-to-date information when you place an order, create an account or contact us. You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and for anything done through your account.

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.

Every shawl is handmade in Kashmir, so small differences in colour, weave, pattern placement and size are part of the craft rather than a fault. We photograph our pieces as faithfully as we can, but colours can look different from one screen to another, and some of our lifestyle photographs carry a soft colour treatment. The product description and close-up images show each piece as it is.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): import duties and taxes are paid by us, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

We may change our prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed. If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before your order is dispatched, and you may cancel it for a full refund.

When you place an order, we send you an email acknowledging it. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email or dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece is no longer available, if a payment cannot be verified, or if an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Orders are paid in full in advance at checkout, including shipping charges, and are dispatched once payment is confirmed. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout and our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

Some pieces, including many bridal shawls, are made to order. The making time is shown on the product page or agreed with you before work begins. Like every piece we sell, they can be returned only if they arrive damaged.

Our pieces are dispatched from our warehouse in Islamabad, Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs clearance, public holidays and couriers outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Details.

We accept returns only for pieces that arrive damaged. Record an unboxing video that clearly shows the damage and contact us within 15 days of delivery; we will then replace the piece or refund you. Delivery charges are paid by you, and refunds are made after deducting shipping (cargo) charges. The full process is set out in the returns section of our Shipping Details. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

All designs, photographs, text, logos and other content on this website belong to Rang o Naqsh or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

If you send us a review or a photograph and agree that we may share it, you allow us to show it on our website and social media, credited as you choose. We will remove it whenever you ask us to. Videos and photographs sent with a damage claim are used only to assess that claim.

We take care to describe our pieces accurately and to keep this website working, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan, unless the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim there.
